Eligibility Criteria for Merit Scholarships at University of Hamburg
- This scholarship is available to all students from abroad.
- Applicants need to be registered at Hamburg University for at least 2 semesters (Master’s and PhD candidates can apply after completing 1 semester).
- To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must not possess German citizenship.
- Students who qualify for the German federal student loan do not meet the requirements for this funding.
