Eligibility Criteria for Khazar University Merit-Based Scholarship

• Applicants must be citizens of any nation other than Azerbaijan.
• Candidates seeking a bachelor’s degree must possess a high school diploma.
• Applicants seeking a master’s degree must.
• Individuals applying for a PhD are required to possess a master’s degree diploma.
• Applicants should have a strong proficiency in English, with the understanding that completing the TOEFL or IELTS is not mandatory.

How to Apply
