Are you seeking a scholarship to pursue studies in China? The JSU Presidential Scholarship is now open for applications and encourages candidates to submit their applications. This scholarship is available to all international students from every country. This scholarship allows candidates to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree programs. The purpose of this scholarship is to motivate outstanding students to attend Jiangsu University (JSU) and further enhance the potential of international students.
The JSU Presidential Scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships and is exclusively for international students who are enrolled in English-language degree programs. Students enrolled in degrees taught in Chinese receive a 40% reduction in tuition fees. Moreover, Jiangsu University (JSU) retains the authority to interpret and explain these terms.

Financial Benefits JSU Presidential Scholarship
This scholarship provides various advantages depending on the type of scholarship as follows:
- Undergraduate Degree Programs:
- Type A: This scholarship category provides CNY 10,000 for specific programs.
- Type B: This scholarship category provides CNY 10,000 annually for students.
- Graduate Degree Programs:
- Type A: This category of scholarship provides CNY 25,000.
- Type B: This category of scholarship provides CNY 20,000.
- Doctoral Degree Programs:
- Type A: This classification offers complete tuition coverage, housing, and a single living allowance of CNY 5,000 for chosen students.
- Type B: This category of scholarship offers complete tuition and housing for students who are awarded this scholarship.
 JSU Presidential Scholarship Eligibility Requirements
- This scholarship is available for all international students, regardless of their nationality.
- This scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships.
- Chinese-language degree programs offer a 40% reduction in tuition fees.
- Applicants for bachelor’s programs must be below 25 years of age.
- Applicants for master’s degree programs need to be under 30 years of age.
- Applicants for doctoral degree programs must be younger than 40 years old.
- For master’s and doctoral programs, the scholarship is renewed each year depending on performance assessment, and the amount may rise or fall.
- Students in the bachelor’s program who switch majors after obtaining the JSU Presidential Scholarship are required to return the scholarship funds.
