• Individuals applying for this scholarship should not reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Those who apply for this scholarship must possess a general secondary certificate (High) or an equivalent qualification from inside or outside the Kingdom.

• Individuals who have obtained a different scholarship from any educational institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cannot qualify for this award.
• Applicants seeking admission to the Faculty of the Holy Qur’an must have completely memorized the Holy Qur’an and successfully pass an oral examination.
• Individuals aiming to obtain this scholarship must be at least 17 years old and not exceed 25 years of age.
• Individuals aiming to obtain this scholarship must not have been expelled from any other university due to disciplinary issues.
• Applicants must successfully complete any exam issued by the university at the time of their application.
• The applicant is required to agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of both the university and the country.
• Applicants for this scholarship must have their certificates and identification documents verified by the relevant authorities in their country.
• Students seeking to obtain this scholarship must include a certificate showing that their record is clear of any precedents from the security services in their country.
• Individuals aiming to achieve this award must obtain a recommendation letter from an organization, institution, or academic figure in their home country.
